Erin Woods Community Association would like to thank you for your participation in our FALL CLEAN UP PROJECT.   Following is a WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY that is required as a condition of your participation.  

I, _____________________________________________am aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards associated with participating in or receipt of the benefits from the ERIN WOODS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION 2021 FALL CLEAN UP PROJECT and fully accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or any loss resulting there from.   Further, I release the ERIN WOODS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION and its representatives from any and all liability for any loss, damages, injury, or expenses that I may suffer as a result.
